These terms apply when you use 7scrolls.com. In short: the site is free to use for learning, Bible text from the BSB and WEB is public domain, our own writing belongs to 7 Scrolls, and you may share it for personal, church and classroom use with credit.

1. Using 7 Scrolls
7 Scrolls is a free educational website about the Bible. You may use it for personal study, teaching, church groups and family use. There are no accounts and nothing to buy.
2. Bible text
Scripture quotations come from the Berean Standard Bible (BSB) and the World English Bible (WEB), both in the public domain. You may use that text freely under its own terms; see translations and sources.
3. Our content
Everything else on the site, including summaries, retellings, explanations, quiz questions, reading-plan layouts, illustrations and characters, is © 7 Scrolls unless stated otherwise.
- You may print and share pages, quizzes and reading plans for personal, family, church, small-group and classroom use, free of charge, with credit to “7 Scrolls (7scrolls.com)”.
- Please ask first before republishing our content on another website or app, in a commercial product, or in bulk. Email hello@7scrolls.com.
- You may not use our characters or name in a way that suggests we endorse you.
4. Quizzes and results
Quizzes are for learning and fun. Scores are not a measure of faith or of anyone’s standing before God, and they are not stored by us. If you think a quiz answer is wrong, please report it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that overloads it, or use it for anything unlawful. Automated access for search engines and AI assistants is welcome within our robots.txt rules.
6. Accuracy and no warranty
We work hard to be accurate and fair, as described in our editorial policy, but the site is provided “as is”. Explanations are educational and are not pastoral, legal or professional advice. Where Christian traditions differ, we describe the main views rather than give a ruling.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, 7 Scrolls is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Links to other sites
We link to other websites (for example the publishers of the translations we quote). We are not responsible for their content.
9. Changes and contact
